SECTION 21 – PURCHASE RETURN
Changes can be made within a maximum of 15 days after the jewel has been received. All returns must be without signs of wear or damage, in their original packaging and must have the receipt of purchase.
The return process is through the issuance of a Credit Note, which is issued for the value of the product to be exchanged and is generated once the return has been made. This can be used in maximum 6 months after being generated. No refund of money is made, a Credit Note is made.
You can make the return of the purchase by going to our physical store, you can see our exact address in our Contact section. In the event that you want the piece to be collected from your home, you must make an additional payment agreed upon at the time. To do this, you must send us an email to gianmarysjewelry@gmail.com requesting the return. Once the order returns to us, we can take up to 5 business days to manage the Credit Note and send it by email.
You are reminded that you must send or deliver the items you wish to return within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. If the time limit is exceeded, the return period will expire. It is important that you ensure the return guidelines are met in order for the credit to be applied.
If the product has a workshop fault and is not in perfect condition when it is delivered to the customer, we are sorry for what happened. A review can be requested to assess whether the change is appropriate for the same part if there is stock or by issuing a credit note. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by neglect of the part.
