Exchange and return policy

How to make a return and/or change?

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 5 days after the customer has received the jewel or the product. All returns must be without signs of wear, dirt or damage, in their original packaging and must have proof of payment. The information provided for the return or exchange request must be truthful. If the time limit is exceeded, the return period will expire.

For most items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to process an exchange for you within 5 days of receipt of the item, but please. Before returning an item, please call us (404 921 4887) or email us at gerencia@gianmarysjewelry.com for return instructions. The returned item must be in its original condition in its original packaging.

Items will be inspected and if they are not in good condition, damaged or missing parts, the customer will be charged a restocking and/or repackaging fee based on the missing items and their condition. If you refuse delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping.

The customer can make the return by going to the same point of sale of Gianmarys Joyas. where you made your purchase, you must present the part and proof of payment.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If you have your order number, please include it on the outside of the box.

Once the order is returned to us, we may take up to 5 business days to process the return, if it meets the return guidelines.
